When will my order be shipped?
Most items are shipped within 24 hours or 2 days of ordering. Sometimes it may take up to 5 working days. Out of country items may take longer, as these sometimes require special trips to the post office.

How will my package be shipped?
USPS priority (2 to 3 days US) is our primary shipping method. Your package will have no mention of lingerie on it (we respect your privacy). On overseas orders when we are asked to describe the contents, we use the term clothing. All overseas orders are shipped first class air.

How do I return an item?
Please check our terms of return first. Simply mail the item back to us our address should be on your packaging slip.

Are all of these items in stock?
For the most part yes, we have changed to this format in order to keep a better updated inventory. Around holidays we tend to get alittle bogged down and may be less than 100 %

How Come I can not put more than 1 item in my cart?
Okay, this one is tricky to answer so bear with me.
http://ladystrange.ecrater.com, both sites have all of the same products just displayed differently.
If you are on Http://ladystrange.ecrater.com, be sure to complete your shopping on our website before going to another ecrater website. As soon as you leave our webpage your cart will be empty again.
To Further elaborate on this let me introduce you to ecrater a little. If you were shopping on Ebay and wanted to purchase 2 items each from a different seller, you would have to pay for them individually, you could not pay for them all at once.
Ecrater is basically a network of different sellers and sometimes when you find your way to our products from froogle especially it looks like one big store when in fact it is mini listings of all the stores herein.

How come my item did not come on a hanger or plastic wrapper?
One of my main suppliers focuses on selling to physical stores and department stores. When I receive them, yes they are on a hanger and have a very thin plastic sleeve that rips very easily.
When I ship them I remove the generic hanger and plastic and fold the item nicely as possible. This saves on our shipping rates and your shipping rates.

Why should I buy from ladystrange lingerie?
1. Ladystrange lingerie is one of the very few web stores that actually stock our items. Other lingerie sites have items drop shipped from the supplier. In other words- they have never even seen or touched the item. They can not answer technical questions about their products.
2. Shopping at Ladystrange Lingerie supports the American economy. Our main supplier Triangle Lingerie, is roughly 95% made in the USA.

Why don't you ship overnight?
Overnight shipping from the shop requires a monthly fee for our business to carry an electronic scale. We do not do enough overnight business to justify the costs. Thus all overnight packages require hand delivery to the post office which is not always possible.
